My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and had some essential amenities like a coffee maker and water, but it was uncomfortably hot and lacked seating. The paper-thin walls were a downside. The service was friendly, especially at Roys Restaurant and the Grill restaurant, but some aspects like car hire and tour assistance were lacking. The location was convenient with three pools, a slide, and beach access, but issues like leaking water and poor WiFi were drawbacks. The dining experience was alright but lacked variety, and it did not come with my rate.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely and spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. However, the dining experience fell a bit short with limited options. The location was fantastic with easy access to beautiful beaches and snorkeling opportunities. Overall, a great place to stay!
